YOUR LD12 REPUBLICAN TEAM

YOUR LD12 REPUBLICAN TEAM

0 Comments by Adam Levy in Uncategorized

I’d like to introduce you to the other members of our LD12 Republican team running for the Legislature. First is Warren Petersen – my current seatmate in the House who is running for the LD12 Senate seat. Next is Jake Hoffman, a current Queen Creek Town Councilman running to be my new seatmate in the House. I know I might catch some flak for saying this from our conservative friends in the West Valley, but I think our team is the most conservative in the entire state. I think we also have many years of experience delivering results for Arizona. Rep. Petersen is consistently rated as one of, if not the, most fiscally conservative lawmaker in all of Arizona, and Councilman Hoffman has done a great job keeping the Queen Creek Town government small and efficient. There might be some big legislative battles coming up with regards to protecting our freedoms, and I can’t think of a better team to take the lead than the LD12 Republican team. Learn more about the team today at www.District12team.com.

Outside spending continues to flow into Arizona legislative races, with the worst of it targeting vulnerable House Republicans. According to the latest independent expenditure figures released by the Arizona Secretary of State, competitive districts are attracting MILLIONS in outside spending. In LD6 for instance, outside groups have – so far – spent over $1.86 million against Republicans. In LD20, they’ve spent over $1.34 million, and in LD21, they’ve spent about $744,000. The spending in House races appears to be targeting incumbents Rep. Walt Blackman, Rep. Anthony Kern, and Rep. Kevin Payne, respectively. It’s INCREDIBLY important that we hang on to these seats, because with a current GOP majority of only 31-29, we lose in a big way if Democrats are able to pick up a single seat.

Please consider chipping in $5 or $10 today to help House Republicans keep our Majority:

Support Kevin Payne: https://bit.ly/2GQB8ug

Recently, President Trump tested positive for COVID-19 and briefly checked in to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Washington, DC. The way some responded to this news was pretty disgusting. Regardless of one’s party, I think it’s unacceptable to wish poor health on a political opponent. Political adversaries are engaged in a battle of ideas, and the battle is won by making the strongest case to voters. If you have a weak case, you can’t replace it by wishing harm on your opponent. I challenge anyone – Republican or Democrat – if you’re struggling to persuade others to agree with your positions, don’t wish ill will on your opponents. Instead, look inward and see if your argument is truly as strong as you think.
